I’ve done almost all of these, and was really upset when they were pointed out to me. First out of privilege, “how dare you suggest that” because I thought it was normal. Then from outrage as I looked around and saw my friends, women that I loved, every woman I knew, all trapped in the same cycle. I’m sorry isn’t good enough. Change the cycle to change the world.
